Realtor Policy

Kinsey Homes encourages and welcomes all real estate agents, brokers and their customers/clients. We are pleased to work with Realtors/Brokers in every way to help your customer/client purchase a quality home they will be proud of for years to come. We want this to be a profitable experience for your time. A negotiated commission will be paid to the agent/broker on all “Build Jobs” and a 3% Commission paid to the agent/broker considered to be the “procuring cause” of the sale of any standing inventory.

Kinsey Homes follows very straight-forward guidelines regarding payment of commissions. Those guidelines are as follows:

  1. Must accompany your customer/client to our jobs, or models.
  2. Register your customer/client with our site agent.
  3. Registration is good for a time period of 30 days.
  4. Be present at signing of the contract. (no exceptions).
  5. Kinsey Homes cannot control a customer/clients preference of agents; therefore the agent that brings the customer/client to the signing of the contract is considered to be the “procuring cause” of the sale.
